OFTECOFTEC Partnership OFTEC is a not-for-profit organisation specialising in the off-gas grid heating sector. OFTEC operates the following Government approved schemes: Microgeneration Certification (MCS), Competent Persons (CPS), PAS2030 and Part P electrical. Bringing several registrations together with OFTEC simplifies the whole process and helps keep costs down for registered businesses. OFTEC offers solar thermal, biomass and heat pump MCS registration and businesses can opt to register for one, two or all three technologies. Each scheme or technology has its own specific pre-requisites for training and assessments which are all explained clearly on the OFTEC website. The inspection process is similar for all schemes – an office-based audit of your business procedures in line with the scheme requirements followed by an onsite technical evaluation for all the technologies you wish to register for. Where possible our inspections team will aim to evaluate all technologies and schemes in one visit. Website: www.joinoftec.com | Tel: 01473 626 298
